Our goal is simple: make clinical documentation easier, faster, and more consistent—reducing the documentation burden for both the doctor and dental assistant while keeping the clinical team focused on the patient.
Adrian Silberman, DDS, FIADT
Co-Founder · Clinical Development
Dr. Adrian Silberman is a board-certified endodontist and owner of Rancho Endodontics in Murrieta, California. A graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, he completed a general practice residency at LAC+USC Medical Center before returning to USC for specialty training in endodontics. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a Fellow of the International Association of Dental Traumatology.
Throughout his career, Dr. Silberman has combined full-time clinical practice with teaching, research, product development, and professional education. His work has been published in national and international journals and referenced in endodontic textbooks. He previously served as an adjunct faculty member at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and as a reviewer for the journal Dental Traumatology. He has also developed endodontic products used in dental practices and universities.
His experience treating patients and managing a specialty practice led him to recognize a recurring problem: doctors and dental assistants spend too much time documenting care that has already been provided. He brings the clinical knowledge behind the platform—helping ensure that its workflows, terminology, and generated documentation reflect how endodontic teams actually practice.
Gabriel Abbes
Co-Founder · Product & Strategy
Gabriel Abbes is an entrepreneur with experience building technology-driven companies around real-world problems. A former NCAA Division I cross-country and track athlete at the University of California, Berkeley, Gabriel went on to co-found and lead OptiGenix, a data-driven health and performance company focused on personalized solutions for athletes.
His entrepreneurial experience has centered on taking complex information and transforming it into products that are practical, personalized, and easy to use. Through building and scaling startups, participating in the UC Berkeley entrepreneurial ecosystem, and working with accelerator and venture communities, Gabriel brings a product-focused approach to identifying user needs and translating them into intuitive technology.
For this platform, Gabriel brings the technology, product, and entrepreneurial perspective—helping transform the way clinicians naturally communicate during treatment into structured, useful clinical documentation.
Where clinical experience meets technology
The idea grew from a simple observation: the information needed to create an excellent clinical record is already being communicated during patient care.
The problem is what happens afterward.
Doctors and dental assistants often spend valuable time reconstructing the appointment, entering repetitive information, selecting templates, and completing documentation after the clinical work has already been done.
We believe there is a better way.
By combining Dr. Silberman's experience in endodontics and clinical documentation with Gabriel's background in technology, product development, and entrepreneurship, we are building software designed around the way dental teams actually work.
The objective isn't to replace clinical judgment or create generic notes. It's to capture what matters, understand the context, apply the clinician's established preferences, and help turn the treatment conversation into an accurate clinical record.
So doctors and dental assistants can spend less time documenting care—and more time focused on the patient.
